I enjoyed breathtaking ocean views from my deluxe double room and loved the incredible proximity to sites like Lagoa das Sete Cidades, just under 5 km away, which made my city strolls super easy and rewarding. the staff created a welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home, making it perfect for solo travelers like me.

Noise from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome!!! The spa felt limited—certainly not the sanctuary I expected. Plus, the lack of air conditioning left the room uncomfortably humid!!!

The unique flower essence massage was a highlight and left us feeling serene. However, there were some concerns about privacy in the villa, and some amenities could use improvement.

The hotel boasts stunning public areas and a warm atmosphere, enhanced by gracious staff. An early morning swim in the outdoor pool was delightful. While the dining experience was superb, a few maintenance issues like inconsistent cleanliness detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Wow, this place stole my heart! The views during sunset were breathtaking. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant and had a fantastic glass of wine when we arrived. Staff was super friendly and helped set up our spa treatments. Only wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in the room.

The spa was excellent, and I had an amazing deep tissue massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The infinity pool outside was beautiful, even if it's not heated, perfect for relaxing with a book. I also loved the cozy bar, where I tried some very nice cocktails. The decor is lovely throughout the hotel, creating a peaceful ambiance.

The heated dipping pool was fantastic, but the insects in the room were bothersome.
